**Steps:**

1. Ensure the required libraries/plugins are installed.
2. Unzip the `Devinci_RJBE_Kobe` folder.
3. Place it into your `X-Plane 12\Custom Scenery` directory.
4. Adjust your `scenery_packs.ini` order (manually or with xOrganizer) to ensure proper layering.

### **About Kobe Airport**

Kobe Airport is located on an artificial island just off the coast of Kobe, approximately 8 km (5 mi) south of Sannomiya Station, Japan. Opened on February 16, 2006, the airport primarily serves domestic flights but is also capable of handling international charter services.
The facility features a single passenger terminal with four gates designed to accommodate widebody aircraft. While the runway length limits long-haul operations to destinations such as Europe or the Americas, Kobe Airport frequently hosts charters to China and other nearby countries.
