All digital products sold by Devinci Aerospace are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for personal use in compatible flight simulators.

• Install and use products on multiple personal computers
• Create backup copies for personal use
• Use products in compatible flight simulators for personal enjoyment

2.2 Prohibited Use

• Redistribute, sell, or share product files
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify product files
• Use products for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Upload product files to file-sharing services

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to 3D models, textures, documentation, and code, remains the intellectual property of Devinci Aerospace and is protected by copyright law.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. We may offer refunds at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for products that are fundamentally broken or incompatible as described.

5. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or that they will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Devinci Aerospace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
